HEAP Closing Announcement
Regular and Emergency components of HEAP will close at 5 pm on Friday, May 15, 2009. Mailed HEAP applications must be postmarked by midnight on May 15th. The Heating Equipment Repair and Replacement component of HEAP will close 5 pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2009.

The New York City Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) provides employers with interns and entry-level employees. Youth work up to 25 hours per week for seven weeks with the goal of building on their individual strengths and incorporating youth development principles.
