HEAP Closing Announcement
Regular and Emergency components of HEAP will close at 5 pm on Friday, May 15, 2009. Mailed HEAP applications must be postmarked by midnight on May 15th. The Heating Equipment Repair and Replacement component of HEAP will close 5 pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2009.
