Heating Degree Days Database Area Selection

This system provides access to HUD's heating degree database. The user will be prompted to enter the state under consideration, and then will be presented with a list of Zip Codes for that State. Once the user has selected the appropriate Zip Code, the user will be presented with the 20 closest weather data stations. The user selects the station closest to the property in question and a list of Heating and Cooling degree parameters are displayed. These parameters are also available in an Excel Worksheet to enable the user to cut and paste the information directly into the Utility Model.
