Objective:
This agreement supports the transfer of funding for the studies of opium poppy and marijuana phenomenology at the Hydrology and Remote Sensing Laboratory (HRSL) licensed field sites.

Approach:
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) will provide research, development, test, evaluation funding to HRSL for this research. HRSL will accomplish this research through in-house efforts. HRSL will use existing members of the technical team and institutional expertise to support the objectives of the research.
