The Office of Financial Management and Administration interacts with other organizations both within and outside the government.
Our staff is dedicated to customer service, which calls for putting customers first and matching or exceeding the best service available in both the public and the private sector.
Under the direction of the Associate Administrator, who also serves as FRA’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the Office centrally directs and coordinates the administrative programs and services of the FRA, both in Headquarters and in the eight Regional Offices.
The Office of Financial Management and Administration includes the following offices:

- Office of Acquisition and Grants Services
- Office of Financial Management
The Office of Financial Management and Administration also is responsible for coordinating the implementation of government-wide and Department of Transportation management reforms.
