Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Salary is typically between $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications. Eligibility for a promotion begins after one year.
- Benefits: Residents will be entitled to a comprehensive federal compensation package that includes health and life insurance, federal retirement program, paid sick and annual leave, 10 paid holidays a year, and a Thrift Savings Plan (Federal 401K plan).
- Conversion to Permanent Employment: After successfully completing the two-year Career Resident Program, Residents will be eligible for conversion to permanent status with TSA.
