This program offers convenient services at reduced prices to participating Federal agencies at any FedEx Kinko's^SM Office and Print Centers. Using the GPOExpress^SM card, agencies can now take advantage of printing and finishing services at any location worldwide with deep discounts applied to purchases at the stores or on the Web. Best of all, there are no extra surcharges; the price you see is the price you get.
