OSDBU is pleased to issue the DOT Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 Procurement Forecast.  The procurement forecast is prepared annually in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Section 501 and the Transportation Acquisition Regulations (TAM) 1219.202-270 Procurement Forecast . The  forecast is one of many tools available to small businesses to assist in planning their federal government marketing efforts.

The FY09 forecast provides information on anticipated DOT procurements over the simplified acquisition threshold (See FAR 2.101) and can be searched by quarter, industry category, Operating Administration and key words. The forecast is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a specific offer or commitment by the DOT to fund in whole or in part any of the procurements referenced herein.
