The Vernal Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces publication of the Proposed Resource Management Plan (PRMP) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The Proposed RMP and Final EIS comment period will start on the day the Federal Notice is posted and continue for 30 days.
