Revised SIR/RFO: The solicitation is hereby extended from 11 March 2009 to 30 March 2009. All parties interested and capable of provided the outlined below services, please review the attached Request for Offer.

All other terms and conditions of the SIR/RFO remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

SIR/RFO:The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a Full and Open Competitive requirement for AGUSTA A109 HELICOPTOR Initial, Recurrent, Flight and Supplemental Pilot Qualification Training. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract, consisting of a Basic 1-year and 2 renewable 1-year option periods, if exercised. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512.

All offers are due by 2:00 PM, Central Standard Time (CST), 0n 11 March 2009. Offers must be submitted to DOT/FAA/MMAC, Bid and Proposal Office, AMQ-100, Multi-Purpose Building, Room 313, 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OK) 73169. Please reference SIR/RFO #DTFAAC-09-R-0000386 on the outside of your mailing package. Electronic Offers will be accepted by email/facsimile; however each offer must submit a hard copy within 3 business days from the above closing date in order to be evaluated for award. Offers received after this date will be determined to be late, non-responsive and will not be considered for award. All offers will become apart of the Official Contract File.
