The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) operates as part of the Federal Lands Highway Program, serving the needs of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska. WFLHD actively administers the surveying, designing and constructing of forest highway system roads, parkways and park roads, Indian reservation roads, defense access roads, and other Federal lands roads.
