From left, Transportation Security Manager Ray Kinney, recipient of a 2006 Honorary Incentive "Heroism" Award, trains Supervisory TSO Jerome Keane (seated) and Lead TSO Thomas Burlin in the Little Rock, Ark. HUB Security Operations Center designed, developed and opened by Kinney last year.

Kinney received the prestigious award for providing life-saving assistance, including CPR, to a passenger in the airport who had collapsed. The TSA Heroism Award "recognizes an employee for distinguished service during high-risk, life-saving or heroic action in either a duty or off-duty situation."
