CCR is the single place for contractors to register when conducting business with the Federal government. For contractors who deal with the Federal government, the benefit of CCR is one-time registration with annual renewals to a database that can be used by all Federal agencies.

Planned expansions of CCR include expedited contract awards and payments by electronically exchanging contractor specific data with procurement, finance and other automated information systems

Contact information may be found at their website or by calling 1-800-334-3414 or (703)696-0411 from 8am - 8pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time. The Defense Logistics Services Center is the Customer Service Office for CCR. Their technicians are available from 7:00am - 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time.  Contractors can always send inquires via electronic mail or fax anytime.
