The 12th Annual EEOC EXCEL Conference will be held in New Orleans, LA, July 27-30, 2009, at the New Orleans Marriott. This year's program features: Eight plenary sessions, more than fifty different workshops and two specialty tracks: Hearings Preparation and Advanced Mediation.
About the Conference 
Examining Conflicts in Employment Law (EXCEL) is the premier training conference for Federal managers, supervisors and EEO practitioners. This annual EEO conference is sponsored by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency responsible for enforcement of EEO laws in the Federal and private sectors. In keeping with its history, this conference features top-level officials from the EEOC, other federal agencies and nationally known EEO professionals.

The EEOC Training Institute has secured rooms at the New Orleans Marriott which is the official hotel for the 2009 EXCEL Conference. Attendee and exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations.
