This site is intended to provide a central repository for links to Modernization & Technology sites of interest to the aircraft community. It will provide the ICAP a mechanism for reviewing new technologies, best practices, systems, analyzing the impact of current and proposed aviation modernization requirements and serving to provide input to the General Services Administration on aviation management issues.
