Office of Travel, Transportation and Asset Management

The Office of Travel, Transportation, and Asset Management develops governmentwide policies to ensure the economical and efficient management of government assets including aircraft and motor vehicles, transportation, traffic and audits, mail, passenger travel and relocation allowances and entitlements. Oversees agencies' compliance with established policies for these programs. Maintains liaison with state and local governments, industry, and professional organizations. Participates in the work of boards, committees, and groups related to the responsibilities of the office. Exercises overall responsibility for programs and functions assigned to the office and provides overall management direction for administrative and support functions within the office. Provides liaison with GSA congressional office and coordinates policy documents.
