Household Goods Transportation
GSA’s Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) assists relocating federal government employees in transporting household goods from one official duty station to another, both domestically and internationally.
Benefits of the CHAMP program:
GSA invites TSPs to submit rates in response to Request for Offers (RFO) during the open filing window to provide transportation services for the movement of household goods. Basic program guidelines and TSP performance requirements are published in the GSA Household Goods Tender of Service (HTOS).
