GSA is the service agency for the entire federal government; acquiring and providing goods, services and facilities to support the needs of other federal agencies -- and now state and local governments.
Nearly 97% of GSA's revenue is fee-based. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer provides the "corporate" financial management, analysis, and operations for GSA's three main business lines as well as headquarters staff offices.
GSA's Financial Management 5 Year Plan addresses each CFO Council goal related to accomplishments, as well as on-going activities.
