By Metro
Take Orange Line to Ballston Metro Station. Exit the metro station turn left and walk to the corner. At the corner of Fairfax Drive (you will see a Hunan Chinese Restaurant across the street) walk to the left three blocks until you reach the Holiday Inn. Our building is located directly behind the Holiday Inn. The U.S DOT Learning Center and its classrooms are located on the 7th floor.
By Car
Please note that HOV (High Occupancy Vehicle) restrictions are in effect on Route 66 East from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on Route 66 West from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
From Washington, D.C. or National Airport, take Route 66 West to Exit 71 (Glebe Road). Turn Left onto Glebe Rd. At third traffic light turn right onto Fairfax Drive. (Caution: Immediately get into the left hand lane and turn left at the 1st light.) We are located on the left behind the Holiday Inn.
From Dulles Airport, take the Dulles Access Road and follow the signs to Route 66 East. Follow 66 East to Exit 71 (Fairfax Drive & Glebe Road). We are located on the right behind the Holiday Inn.
From Baltimore, Maryland during HOV hours, take I-95 South to I-495 West towards Silver Spring. Take Route 66 East to Exit 71(Fairfax Drive/Glebe Road). We are located on the right behind the Holiday Inn.
From Baltimore, Maryland during non-HOV hours, take I-95 South to I-495 West toward Silver Spring. Follow 495 to Route 50 (Arlington Blvd) and proceed towards Washington. Continue on Route 50 and turn left onto Glebe Road (Route 120 North). Follow Glebe Rd. for a half a mile until you intersect with Fairfax Drive. Take a left at the Stop Light. We are located on the left behind the Holiday Inn.
From Alexandria, Virginia, take I-95 North to I-395 North. Follow 395 to exit 78 (Glebe Road) Route 120 North. Continue on Glebe Rd. for 3 miles until you intersect with Fairfax Drive. Take a left onto Fairfax Drive. We are located on the left behind the Holiday Inn.
