Incident Statistics
PHMSA provides access to retrieve data from the Incident Reports Database. There are also a series of reports produced which provide statistical information on incidents by type, year, geographical location, and others.
Incident data and summary statistics for previous years are provided as appropriate. The data provided is that from the Hazardous Materials Incident Report Form 5800.1
