Hazardous Materials Registration
Welcome to the Hazardous Materials Registration Program On-Line Registration service of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Office of Hazardous Materials Safety.
To Register On-Line you must complete these steps:
	a.	Select the appropriate type of registration below (Renewal or Initial)
	b.	Provide the required information pertaining to the registration.
	c.	Provide a valid credit/debit card number or ACH (electronic check) account number for payment.
	d.	Print the registration.
What type of hazardous materials registration would you like to process?
		Initial	The registration is for a company that has never registered for a hazardous material certificate.
		Renewal	The registration is for a company that has previously registered for a hazardous material certificate.
		Amendment	A previously processed hazardous material registration for the most recent registration period needs to be updated to reflect changes to company data.
		Company Look-up	Look-up a registered company. Existing registration certificates can be viewed or printed.
		ACH Verification	Verify if a previously submitted ACH (Electronic Check) payment has been processed.
