Outleasing

GSA provides outleasing opportunities in available vacant space for retail shops, food service, office, warehouse space, and parking lots.

Outleasing opportunities can be obtained and are available to state, and local governments and private organizations and companies at market rates. GSA operates the program in a business-like manner to improve customer satisfaction, enhance customer retention, and maximize asset income and value to the Federal Buildings Fund and the taxpayers.
