The Securities and Exchange Commission always welcomes comments on how it can better assist small businesses. If you have questions, comments or complaints about the SEC's enforcement of the securities laws, we encourage you to contact the SEC's Division of Enforcement at 202-551-4500 or submit a tip or complaint to them online. If you would prefer to raise your question, comment or complaint to someone outside of the SEC, you can contact the SBA's Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Ombudsman toll free at 888-REG-FAIR. The SBA Ombudsman's office receives comments from small businesses and annually evaluates federal agency enforcement activities for their sensitivity to the special needs of small business.
