The Eastern Regional Office, based in West Trenton, NJ, is comprised of personnel from the Office of Pipeline Safety and the Office of Hazardous Materials Safety. The office is charged with overseeing the safe and secure movement of daily shipments of hazardous materials by all modes of transportation, as well as ensuring the safe, reliable, and environmentally sound operation of the nation’s pipeline infrastructure.

* Eastern Region pipeline staff are in the process of transitioning from a Washington, DC office to the West Trenton, NJ office. All new pipeline employees are being hired in the West Trenton office, but portions of the existing region staff will likely continue to work from the Washington office for some extended period.
