Overview

This program is part of the HR Systems Division, M-12, in the Departmental Office of Human Resource Management..  The program provides information about the DOT workforce to the federal and private sectors. Reports and products are used by DOT managers in the workforce planning process and by others who have an interest in the size and makeup of the DOT workforce.

Key Items of Interest DOT Workforce Demographics reports published annually  (and quarterly within the current fiscal year) on the web in the form of interactive pivot tables. DOT Workforce Trends (tables and graphs contain trend information from 1992 -2005 on hires, separations and onboard strength of females, minorities, and people with disabilities. Charts are in PDF format.
