Whistleblower Rights
Overview
Whistleblowers are protected by the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC). OSC's primary mission is to safeguard the merit system by protecting federal employees and applicants from prohibited personnel practices, especially reprisal for whistleblowing.
In DOT, the Whistleblower rights program is managed in the Workforce Environment and Pay Division, M-13.
