The Homeport TWIC New Hire Provision is now available for MTSA-regulated vessels and maritime facilities. It will be available in the COTPs as compliance dates near. Compliance dates will be published in the Federal Register. Owners, Operators, Company Security Officers, Vessel Security Officers or Facility Security Officers will need to register on Homeport if they do not already have a login and password in order to enter new hire information. more...
