- March 2 Public Access Boat Launch at New Richmond Bridge Park Closed for Improvements (2/20/09) -- 4/30/2009 Update: Water levels have prevented the crew from doing any further work on the launch ramp. Work will resume once the water level recedes, and it is anticipated the work will be completed within a couple weeks from that point.

There has been significant talk and “Hype” about the so called H1N1 “Swine” Flu. At this time there is very little activity with this flu in Allegan County, but the local care providers and the Allegan Health Department are constantly monitoring in case this changes.
