Office of Civil Rights and Liberties

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees, former employees, and applicants for employment who feel that they have been subjected to discriminatory employment practices, unlawful harassment, or retaliation may contact the Office of Civil Rights and Liberties no later than 45 days after the occurrence to initiate the equal employment opportunity complaint process and to seek resolution of their complaints. Failure to make a timely complaint may result in a loss of rights.

Members of the traveling public who believe that they have been unlawfully discriminated against by a TSA employee may contact the External Compliance Division in the Office of Civil Rights to have their concerns addressed, by sending an E-mail to TSA.OCR-ExternalCompliance@dhs.gov or by calling the Office of Civil Rights.
