CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 729May 1, 2009 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the Reprint of the 14 General Principles Card The purpose of this Circular Letter is to offer departments and agencies of the Federal Government the opportunity to ride the printing order for the following product of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE): “Fourteen General Principles” This two-sided (5 x 7) glossy card briefly describes the principles of ethical conduct as they apply to every Federal employee. Requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section by May 20, 2009. The estimated rider rate is $1.10 each. Please remember to indicate the number of cards desired and Jacket Number 352-941, OGE Requisition Number 9-00007 on your requisition. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. Requisitions should be submitted by one of the three following methods: addressed and mailed to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Mail Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401; emailed to requisition@gpo.gov; or faxed to (202) 512-1260. Your agency’s authorized personnel as reflected in our agency signature file must sign all requisitions submitted.
