    1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, following Morning
Business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1585, an act to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2008 for military activities of
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.
    Ordered further, That if a cloture motion is filed on Tuesday, July
10, 2007, on Amdt. No. 2012, offered by Mr. Webb of Virginia, the
cloture vote occur on Wednesday, July 11, 2007. (July 9, 2007.)

    2.--Ordered, That the veto message on S. 5, the Stem Cell Research
