Registration (3 ways to register)

1. Print Registration Form and FAX to the number below with a credit card number. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are enrolled in requested class.  You will be notified when you are enrolled.
   


2. Print Registration Form and MAIL to the address below. If you are mailing in your registration along with a check for payment, please contact Lisa Colasanti at 405-954-7751 or Michelle Smith at 405-954-7206, in order to obtain a confirmation number.  Make check or money order payable to TSI Aviation Safety Division.
   


3. Request Enrollment and SUBMIT ONLINE with a credit card number.  Your credit card will not be charged unless you are enrolled in requested class. DO NOT MAKE ANY TRAVEL OR HOTEL RESERVATIONS!  You will be notified when you are enrolled. 

Registration requests will be reviewed and approved by TSI.  If the class is full or closed, you will be notified immediately.  Enrollments cannot be accepted by telephone.

Refunds/Substitutions

Class registration fees are refundable if cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to the class. Class registration fees are not refundable after the class start date. However, another participant may be substituted if the registrant is unable to attend. Please note the substitution is restricted to that specific class, location, and date.
