This memo, dated 3 April 2009, outlines the reporting requirements with which Executive Branch departments and agencies must comply to satisfy Section 1609(c) of the Recovery Act. The agency funding a project or activity under the Recovery Act is responsible for reporting the status of all NEPA compliance associated with the activity or project. There is a reporting template and instructions included in the memo.
