Effective December 8, 2008, Disability placards - which hang from the rear view mirror - can be obtained at any MVA office except Oakland. Disability plates can also be obtained at any MVA full-service office.

Effective July 1, 2009, the Baltimore City Branch Office will no longer schedule or administer CDL Pre-Trip Inspections or Skills Testing.
