Treasury Reporting Rates of Exchange
as of June 30, 2009

Amendment No. 1

For reporting purposes, substitute the following rates of exchange for July, August and September 2009 transactions.

Country-Currency Foreign Currency to $1.00
[1] Cyprus-Euro .7100
  Ethiopia-Birr 12.4500
[1] Malta-Euro .7100
[2] New Turkmenistan-Manat 2.8430

[1] Cyprus Pound and Malta-Lira redominated its currencies. Their currencies is now the Euro Zone-Euro effective January 1, 2008.

[2] New Turkmenistan-Manat went into effect January 12, 2009.
