At The Pond

I watch as my husband teaches our grandson how to fish in the pond. That special moment of bonding will last forever. Jacob is only three years old, but he loves learning about nature and has held frogs, turtles and butterflies.

His eyes light up when a butterfly passes by or he catches a fish with his grandpa. They always set it free, gently.  Jacob is learning to treat all living things with kindness. Being grandparents have opened another chapter of our lives. The pictures will have to speak for themselves.

I can only hope that we are making memories that can be passed on from generations to come!
