NHI is making a change to the way FHWA employees enroll in NHI sessions. FHWA employees will no longer have to go through eLMS to enroll in an NHI session; they can go directly to the NHI Web site to enroll.

How to Enroll:

Contact your FHWA Training Coordinator to request enrollment in a session. Your FHWA Training Coordinator can enroll you by clicking on the shopping cart of the session you would like to attend and proceeding to checkout. The FHWA Training Coordinator will enter the information of the FHWA employee at checkout. Confirmation e-mails will be sent to the FHWA Training Coordinator and the enrolled FHWA participant will be copied on those e-mails.

How to Receive Credit:

Upon completion of the course, FHWA employees will receive a certificate of attendance. Within three to eight weeks, NHI will update your learner history in eLMS, which still remains as FHWA's system of record. You will be able to view your learner history in eLMS within three to eight weeks of completing the NHI course.
