Sessions are organized and scheduled into three different tracks. You can follow a specific track or you can attend only those sessions that best meet your needs. Each session is offered twice to help you maximize your seminar experience.

North Terminal

Please proceed from Domestic Luggage Claim via escalator or elevator to the Pedestrian Bridge. Cross the Pedestrian Bridge. Proceed past the escalator that will be on your right. Straight ahead you will see the Parking Garage. Just to your right will be the Checker Sedan podium. Please check in at the podium. A curb supervisor will then load passengers into waiting vehicles which are located just outside the double glass doors.

Checker Sedan Welcome Booth Hours:
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. Monday – Friday

Please proceed to the Checker Sedan Welcome Booth which is located at the bottom of the escalator as you enter the Domestic Arrivals & Luggage Claim area during the hours listed above. If you arrive during hours when the Welcome Booth is not operating, simply proceed up one level via escalator or elevator; go across the Pedestrian Bridge to the down escalator which will be on the right. Make a sharp left at the bottom of the escalator and you will see the Checker Sedan counter where an attendant will be more than happy to assist you to a waiting sedan. Please call 313-963-1000 or 800-351-5466, select “Option 1” from the main menu should you require assistance.

5 Star Transportation (Reservations-1- 877-870-8999 and Fax-248-816-8998) – This service has an office next to Somerset Inn, and the pricing includes meet and greet.
