Companies interested in doing business with Rensselaer County or responding to bid solicitations advertised in our local newspapers should contact the Rensselaer County Bureau of Central Services at (518) 270-2619.
The Bureau of Central Services administers the County’s centralized purchasing program as well as maintenance of the County’s vendor database. New vendors should be prepared to provide a fully completed Federal W-9 form in order to conduct business with the County.
Bidding opportunities are advertised in the Troy Record and Times Union newspapers.
