Milwaukee, WI 53202

The Reuss Federal Building represents a fine example of public-private partnership as envisioned by its namesake, former congressman Henry Reuss. The building's modernist, blue-colored, multi-faceted glass facade exemplifies dramatic early 1980s architecture. The open air atrium features bi-weekly public art displays and classical piano concerts every Wednesday.

In the most recent GSA/Gallup Customer Satisfaction Survey for the Reuss building in 2008, 85% of the tenants gave a rating of "very satisfied" (four or above on a five-point scale).
