| Collin County Homeland Security staffs the Bioterrorism Response Team which is responsible for mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery efforts in a public health disaster. Through the Community Readiness Initiative (CRI) Grant, Collin County will coordinate MRC efforts for the county, previously handled by the Dallas County HHS East MRC Unit. |
