Program Description
The Fannin County Medical Reserve corps was established by the Fannin County Commissioners Court and serves Fannin County, the City of Bonham (County Seat), and 10 other incorporated cities. The MRC program is administered by the Fannin County Office of Emergency Management,(OEM). The county does not have a Health Department, thus the OEM established the MRC to deal with surge capacity in a local disaster, assist with mass prophylaxis/vaccination clinics and other public health needs.
