Individual Sought for Questioning in Midwest Pipe Bomb Investigation

Law Enforcement is looking for an individual for questioning in connection with a recent series of Midwest pipe bomb incidents.

The individual, Luke John Helder, 22, is 5-foot-9, approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Helder is believed to be driving a dark gray or black 1992 Honda Accord with Minnesota tags "EZL 873."

If you see Helder, do not attempt to approach or apprehend him. Please notify law enforcement officials immediately.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is working in conjunction with the Joint Terrorism Task Force, U.S. Postal Service, and local authorities in connection with this case.
