Dear National Service Colleagues, I want to alert you to two scheduled systems outages, and update you on the status of the My AmeriCorps Portal fixes implemented yesterday. Systems OutagesDue to two planned building-wide power outages, the Corporation’s systems – including the My AmeriCorps Portal, Recruitment System, eGrants and eSPAN -- will be unavailable during the following:
Please plan your work accordingly and refer to the Operating Status page (www.nationalservice.gov/status) for additional updates and to learn system status. Fixes ImplementedOn March 25, we did implement a number of fixes in the system. These fixes corrected some of the problems you have been experiencing and provided Corporation staff with the tools necessary to assist programs with the remaining challenges of seeing listings and applications. Staff is working to manually reconnect separated postings with the proper program. If you continue to experience this problem and have not been in communication with us about this issue, please contact admin@americorps.org. We are continuing to identify areas of improvement and are currently prioritizing the next round of enhancements for implementation.
