About Real Property in the New Millennium Report

The "Real Property in the New Millennium" report deals with changes and trends that will influence office buildings and the workplace in the next 10 years. The report reflects GSA's promise to provide federal customers the information and data they need to deliver world-class products and services to their employees, stakeholders, and the American public. In the report, GSA predicts, prepares, and provides for the future by identifying workplace-related trends in the public and private sectors.

The report is divided into two parts:

Part One: Public and private sectors experts' comment on the future of office buildings and the workplace.

Part Two: A summary of forecasts for the top 10 growing U.S. commercial office realty markets over the next 10 years and the 10 largest U.S. office markets, including predicted changes to these markets
