Mission:
The Plant Sciences are the principal organizational component of the National Programs Staff with responsibilities for establishing program priorities, providing program review and evaluation, and recommending appropriate redirection of research and real location of resources for plant science programs so as to be consistent with the ARS Program Plan and Six-Year Implementation Plan and Department policies.
