USAID Employee Survey 2003
Methodology - How "Margin Favorable" is defined.
Margin Favorable is:
- Positive 100 when all Agree
- Zero when all are Neutral
- Zero when the number of Agree responses are the same as the number of Disagree responses
- Negative 100 when all Disagree
It is similar to the margin in an election, when you say that the candidate "won by a margin of 15."
