A popular family oriented day-use area and campground located on the banks of Rock Creek. Have your family reunion, scout troop, or office party at Millpond and enjoy the baseball field, large 200 person pavilion, playground, and swimming hole. In addition to the day-use area, Millpond Recreation Site offers 12 campsites in a forested setting on a first-come, first-served basis. All restrooms, faucets, pathways, parking areas and all but one campsite are accessible to persons with disabilities. A short nature trail on the west side of the campground, as well as the one-mile Sawmill Trail to the east, is wheelchair accessible. Pets are allowed in the campground, but must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in the day use area. *Reservations are required to use the pavilion for groups over 25 people. Contact the Roseburg District BLM office for further details.
