Overview

Cereal Products and Food (CPF) creates new processing technologies that convert cereal-based agricultural commodities into value-added healthy foods and industrial products.  This research team has, over the years, successfully transferred scores of these technologies to the private sector resulting in the Trim Technologies, numerous nationally and internationally-recognized commercial products.  Learn more about CPF research projects here.
