ADS Series 300 supersedes former AID Handbooks 1b, 11, 12, 13, 14*, and 15. Please Note: The AIDAR, formerly Handbook 14, is still valid.
NOTE TO THE PUBLIC: Contractors, recipients, or prospective contractors or recipients are welcome to view these ADS chapters and their references for information on the USAID Acquisition and Assistance (A&A) policies and procedures.
