Breaking Ground Newsletter
Breaking Ground is the newsletter of the Council on Developmental Disabilities. It features updates on the Council and its initiatives, current State happenings in policy and program development, and personal stories by and about Tennesseans with disabilities.
Six issues are published each year, including a summer issue on the arts highlighting artwork and writings by Tennesseans with disabilities. It is a free publication.
